Privacy policy

Last updated 4 October 2026.

In plain words

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. When you buy, Creem handles your payment; we only see your name, email, country and order, and use them to deliver, support and license your copy.

Patrick (github.com/feitangyuan), who makes and sells onetake Pro, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: rosseneric89@gmail.com.

01

This website

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from third parties: fonts, images and videos are served from this site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

02

When you buy

Payment happens on Creem’s checkout. Creem collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we never see your card number. Creem shares with us what we need to fulfil the order:

  1. a

    Name and email address.

  2. b

Billing country, and a company name if you give one.

  3. c

Order number, product, amount, date and refund status.

03

Why we use it

To deliver the download and its 1.x updates, to issue and identify your licence (your copy carries a licensee id linked to your order), to answer support requests, to process refunds, and to keep the records tax law requires. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask for it.

04

When you email us

We keep the messages you send so we can answer them and help you later.

05

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the shop: Creem (payment, tax, receipts, downloads), Cloudflare (hosting) and our email provider. We don’t sell or rent personal data. We disclose it otherwise only if the law requires it.

06

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as your licence exists and tax law requires (typically several years). Support emails for up to three years after the last message.

07

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — except records we must keep for tax or to enforce the licence. Write to rosseneric89@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may also complain to your data-protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
