Terms of Service
Last updated 4 October 2026.
You buy a downloadable package and a licence to use it, once. Creem takes the payment and handles tax. Updates within 1.x are included, there’s a 14-day refund, and the licence page says what you may do with it.
These terms cover buying onetake Pro from this website. onetake Pro is made and sold by Patrick (github.com/feitangyuan), an independent developer (“we”). Questions: rosseneric89@gmail.com.
What you buy
onetake Pro is a downloadable package: a skill for Claude Code and similar coding agents, with its library, scripts, film templates, case sources and sound kit, plus a commercial licence to use it. It is not a hosted service and needs no account with us. The free edition on GitHub is a separate product under its own noncommercial licence.
Payment and tax
Orders are processed by Creem, which acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record: Creem is the seller on your receipt, takes the payment and calculates, collects and pays sales tax and VAT. Creem’s buyer terms apply to the payment. Prices are in US dollars; any tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change for future purchases, never for one you’ve completed.
Delivery
After payment you get a download link by email. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then write to rosseneric89@gmail.com.
Licence
What you may do with the package and with the films you make is set out in the onetake Pro licence. In short: films you make are yours, including for clients; the package itself is not to be shared or resold.
What you need
onetake Pro runs on your own computer with Claude Code (or another agent that runs skills), Python 3, Node and ffmpeg. Your agent subscription and any model usage are your own cost and are not part of this purchase.
Updates
Every release within the major version you bought (for example every 1.x release) is included. A later major version (2.0 and beyond) is a separate product, offered to existing buyers at a discount.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Details are on the refund policy page.
Support
Email rosseneric89@gmail.com. We answer installation and usage questions on a best-effort basis, usually within two working days.
No warranty; liability
The software is provided as is. We work to keep it running with current versions of the tools it relies on, but agents, models and third-party tools change and we can’t guarantee every output. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. A purchase is governed by the terms in force when you made it.
